Monthly Financial Packets – Transparency and Accessibility

Inherent to the preparation of financial delivery action items, all financial reports reviewed and generated by the accounting department are automatically sent out to the Board as soon as it is stepped to Step 51 – Post Board Financials. This automation creates a seamless process for the Board of each association to receive the monthly financial reports as soon as the team finishes off the financial review.

How Board Members Access Financial Reports

Automatic Email Delivery

Financial reports are automatically emailed to all Board members when the accounting department completes the financial review and steps the process to Step 51 – Post Board Financials.

Portal Access for Board Members

In cases where Board members did not receive the financial reports via email, they can access them through the Homeowner Vantaca Portal.
