Two years ago, we transferred to Westward 360 while our association was in the middle of a very difficult period. We had elevators shut down, some requiring constant repairs and being out of service for days while waiting for parts. Many projects had turned into emergencies because of years of delayed maintenance and neglected repairs. We were truly a struggling association at the time.

That was also when we were transferred to another HOA management team and another manager. Nicole Click turned out to be one tough woman. She had to deal not only with a neglected property, but also with residents who were understandably frustrated by constant breakdowns and the aging appearance of their homes.

Two years later, I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done. The progress and improvements speak for themselves. I truly hope we can keep Nicole and Westward 360 for many years to come. History has proven that it was an excellent choice.

Jay Chang has been very responsive and attentive throughout an ongoing water leak issue in my unit.
He consistently follows up on my emails and I often see him walking the property, carefully observing the buildings and making sure things are in order.
