Westward360's Response to COVID-19
On November 12, 2020, the Mayor of Chicago, Lori Lightfoot, placed a stay-at-home advisory for residents, within the city of Chicago that begins on November 16th, 2020. Even though this is an advisement and not a mandate at this stage, Westward360 has made small changes in terms of stopping by the to limit face-to-face interaction as the number of COVID cases continue to increase.
First, our office will be open during the advisory period. We are asking that walk-ins are limited to picking up unit keys for residents of Westward360 and vendors for work orders. Matters such as dropping off payments can be completed by using the dropbox located just in front of our main entrance.
The large majority of our staff with be working remotely. If you must meet in person, please setup a designated appointment with your Westward360 representative prior to stopping by the office. When coming by the office, you must have a face covering that covers your nose and mouth while inside the office. If you are unable to produce a face covering, we may provide one for you.
Paying by e-check (ACH) through our online payment portal is the fastest and most secure route. If you need help in setting up an online payment, please contact us.
We have a large white mailbox located just outside the main office you may use to drop off payments.
You can also mail payments to the address below.
Expect delay in the processing of mailed checks and money orders.
